- 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon MSG OR 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
If using dried minced garlic and dried minced onion complete Step 1. If you are using an equivalent amount of garlic powder and onion powder instead, start at Step 2.
- Add dried minced garlic and dried minced onion to a spice grinder and grind for 5 seconds to make them more finely chopped, but not completely powdered.
- Add all of the spices and seasonings listed in the ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to combine. Use immediately in a recipe or store in an airtight container for future use.
